Sort of. I got the impression that it was less then it used to be, for the Judges.

In Sabra, each Blank woke up a part of a team to play in the Judge's games. Our reward, if we won, was the return of one of our memories. And if we survived, and followed the rules, eventually, a wish granted.
The games could get pretty dangerous, though. People died in them. But the Judges could bring people back to life.

Some of the games could get pretty harsh and we'd get punished for not following the rules. So it's better to keep a ear open and pay attention. It could literally save your life.
