The Judges aren't exactly kidnappers, they gave us all the choice and we all took their offer willingly, with the chance to back out. The ones controlling this place... I dunno what their deal is. But there's no police force that's gonna be able to deal with them.

The choice? Do you mean that you willingly agreed to work for those 'Judges'? You'd have to explain that to me.

'No police force that would be able'... I'd say something about special forces, but I doubt they would concern themselves with twenty teenagers, or however many of us are here. Unless some of us have influential parents.

We did. In exchange for a wish, we gave up our memories and went to their world to regain them.

And I don't think your "special forces" would be effective against those who brought us here.

Ah, not exactly. The Judges can move us from our planes to theirs, but we can't do it on our own unless we were already able to--and even if we could before coming there, they're blocking it, no one can walk away.

Mhmm... how are they blocking the way out, exactly? Cut phone cables? High walls?

...Do you understand what "planes" are? Different worlds, different realms of existence?
